Who we help

Remove Negative Reviews and Unwanted Content the Right Way

A single unfair review can cost a small business real customers. A video, post or fake account can damage a person's name. We provide independent assistance to people and businesses who want to remove negative reviews or unwanted social media content through the platforms' official policies.

We start by reading what was posted and comparing it with the platform's rules. If it may qualify, we prepare a clear, accurate report and follow it up. If it does not, we tell you early, so you do not pay for a result that cannot happen. We never suppress truthful criticism and we never file false reports.

Each platform makes the final decision on its own service. Our job is to prepare a strong, honest case, use the official channels and keep you informed by email or WhatsApp.

Fees pay for our review, preparation and follow-up work. Each platform alone decides whether content is removed, so we cannot promise an outcome. See the Refund and Returns Policy for how orders are handled. Account services are only for accounts you own or impersonation of you or your business. Cases not listed are quoted after we review them.

Eligibility

When May Content Qualify for Removal?

Platforms do not remove content because it is negative or unwelcome. They remove content that breaks their rules or the law. This is the line we work along.

Content that may qualify

  • Reviews from people who never used your business, or from competitors, ex-staff or reviewers with a conflict of interest
  • Reviews that contain hate, threats, private details or promotional spam
  • Videos or posts that harass, impersonate or share private information
  • Scams, fake offers and deceptive content that can be shown to be fraudulent
  • Your own accounts you can no longer manage, or accounts impersonating you

Content that is unlikely to qualify

  • Honest, truthful criticism or a genuine customer experience
  • Opinions about you or your business that break no rule
  • Content that is simply embarrassing, old or unflattering
  • Content you want hidden because it ranks in search, with no policy issue

Process

How Our Review and Removal Process Works

  1. Send the link

Share the link to the review, video, post or profile with a short description of your concern.

  2. We review it

We read the content in context and compare it with the platform's policies and your circumstances.

  3. We explain the options

You get an honest assessment, including what is unlikely to work, plus a clear scope and fee.

  4. We file and follow up

With your approval we prepare the report, use the official channels, appeal where suitable and keep you updated.

Our standards

Privacy, Confidentiality and Clear Communication

We hold ourselves to a short list of standards, because the work involves sensitive situations.

  • Confidential handling. Your inquiry is used only to respond to you. See our Privacy Policy.
  • No credentials, ever. We never ask for passwords or account access.
  • Transparent scope. You see the scope and fee before work begins.
  • Honest assessments. We tell you when content is unlikely to qualify.
  • Policy-based only. No fake accounts, false reports or coordinated mass reporting.

Coverage

Serving Clients Across the United States

We work with individuals and businesses in every part of the United States, by email, WhatsApp and phone. Because the content is online, your location does not change how we review it. It can matter for legal questions such as defamation, where state law varies. In those cases we explain that you need advice from a qualified attorney.

Our contact address is 8801 Sepulveda Westway, Los Angeles, CA 90045. Please email or message us first so we can respond properly.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Short, honest answers. More on our full FAQ page.

Can you remove any negative review?

No. Platforms remove reviews that break their policies, such as fake reviews, conflicts of interest, spam, off-topic content, harassment, hate or private information. A genuine customer's honest opinion normally stays up, and we will not tell you otherwise. We review the review first and tell you honestly what is realistic.

Are you affiliated with Google, Trustpilot, Reddit, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Facebook?

No. NegativeReviewsRemove is an independent service. We are not owned by, operated by, endorsed by or connected to any of these platforms, and we have no special access to their systems. We use the official reporting and appeal routes available to the public and prepare each case carefully.

How much does it cost?

Fees are published. For example, Google and Trustpilot reviews start at $150 per review, YouTube video removal is $500 per video, Instagram video removal is $400, and TikTok and Facebook video removal are $500. Reddit comment removal is $800, a normal Reddit post is $1,500 and a Reddit scam post is $2,000. See the services page for the full table.

Can you remove old reviews and old content?

Sometimes. Age alone does not decide the outcome. What matters is whether the content breaks a policy, who posted it and whether the platform will act. Our negative review removal page covers reviews from one day to fifteen years old.

Do you guarantee removal or a timeline?

No. Anyone who guarantees removal of content on someone else's platform is promising something they do not control. We do not guarantee outcomes, rankings or turnaround times. We do commit to an honest assessment, clear communication and careful preparation. Our refund terms explain how orders are handled.

Do you need my passwords?

Never. We do not ask for passwords, recovery codes or account access. If anyone claiming to represent us asks for them, do not share them and contact us directly.

Not sure whether your content qualifies?

Send us the link. We will review it against the platform's rules and explain, in plain language, what options may be available and what is unlikely to work.
